The tank in the picture next to the Ausf.c/A/B/C is a PzKpfw II Ausf.a (a1/a2 or a3) and not a b!

Panzer Regiment 1. The first Panzer III is a PzKpfw III Ausf.C "712" from Feldwebel Arthur Lützner. Behind it follows “713” and several PzKpfw II.

This tank is not an Ausf.D either. It is the PzKpfw III Ausf.C "712" of Feldwebel Arthur Lützner of the 7th Company Panzer Regiment 1.

Panzer Regiment 1. The tank "243" in this picture is the Ausf.A. You can recognize it by the commander's cupola and the driving wheel. The first tank next to the tankette is probably an Ausf.D.

Panzer Regiment 1. This photo shows the light platoon of the 2nd company. The lead tank is a PzKpfw III Ausf.D with the tactical number "243". The commander is Feldwebel Heinz Hartmann. Interestingly, in Panzer Regiment 1 there were two PzKpfw IIIs with the same number "243". Once the Ausf.D shown here as the platoon leader of the light platoon, and once an Ausf.A as the third vehicle of the 4th platoon.

    but Pz.Kpfw III #243 was type Ausf.D - destroyed near Rozprza ( http://wraki39.pobitwie.pl/index.php?/category/71 or http://wraki39.pobitwie.pl/index.php?/tags/1808-cpr01pz3d243 ).
Is it possible that there were two different vehicles with the number #243?
